Per ragioni igieniche gli animali non sono ammessi. Tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di servizi, zona cottura, frigo, telefono, tv color, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, alcuni con cassaforte. I prezzi riportati si intendono per periodi settimanali, da domenica a domenica e includono spese di acqua, luce, energia, cambio biancheria e pulizia settimanale. Per conferma caparra iniziale del 40% dell’importo complessivo.
Le prenotazioni saranno ritenute valide al ricevimento della caparra. Deposito cauzionale di € 100.
Gli appartamenti si locano per tipologia e non per numero. Arrivo dopo le ore 16 e partenza prima delle ore 10.
Bilocali massimo 5 persone. Trilocali massimo 5 persone. Per eventuale aggiunta letti supplementari € 30 per giorno e per letto

All our flats are furnished with : cooking area, refrigerator, phon, tv, air conditioning and heating.
The prices are for a week and include the consumption of w
ater, electricity and gas. Once a week we change the lines and clean the flat. If you want to confirm your booking you must send 40% of the whole charge.
When you check in you must make a deposit of 100 euro extra, which you get back when you check out. The flats will be reseved by type and not by number. The flats are avaiable after 4 o'clock p.m. and must be free untill 10 o'clock a.m. when you check out.
An eventual local tax is not included. Two-roomed apartment for maximum 5 persons. Tree-roomed apartment for maximum 5 persons. If you need an extra bed its 30 euro per day more.

Aus hygienischen Gruenden sind keine Haustiere erlaubt. Alle Appartaments sind ausgestattet mit : Kochnische, Kuehlschrank,Telefon, Farbfernseher, Klimaanlage und Heizung.
Die Preise gelten woechentlich, Wasser-, Strom- und Gasgebuehren sind enthalten.
Einmal woechentlich wir das Appartament gereinigt und die Waesche gewaechselt.
Es muss eine Anzahlung von 40% des Gesamtpreises geschickt werden um das Appartament entguelltig zu reservieren.
Bei Ankunft verlangen wir eine Kaution von 100 Euro,die Ihnen bei der Abreise zurueckerstattet wird.
Die Appataments werden nach Ausssattung und nicht nach Nummerierung reseviert.
Die Appartaments stehen unseren Gaesten ab 16 Uhr zur Verfuegung und muessen am Abreisetag bis 10 Uhr geraeumt sein.
